These terms and conditions govern the Gift Certificate product and by buying Gift Certificates you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Gift Certificates is a product that allows you to buy products from our web site. Purchasers may purchase a Gift Certificate for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that Gift Certificate on purchases made with us using PayPal. The purchaser must define the recipient at the time of purchase for Gift Certificates delivered by email. Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient. A recipient must have a PayPal account and pay using PayPal in order to redeem a Gift Certificate. Please note that these terms and conditions do not cover eBay Gift Certificates or eBay Gift Cards which are offered for sale by eBay.

You are the buyer of the Gift Certificate and PayPal shall provide certain services in connection with its administration. You agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Gift Certificate and shall not amend or revise such Terms & Conditions in any way. You release us and PayPal from any and all claims arising in connection with Gift Certificates.

Buy & Redeem of Gift Certificates

You can buy a Gift Certificate at any time you like and send it to the recipients email or transfer it by yourself when it is printable.You don't need Paypal account to buy a Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates do not have cash value and can not be resold.

Gift Certificates do not expire and recipient can redeem it when she/he likes.

Any unused value of the Gift Certificate will remain available to the recipient  untill she/he spent it.

Recipient to redeem its Gift Certificates need to have a Paypal account. Without Paypal account recipient can't redeem its Gift Certificates.

Cancellation/Non-Expiration of gift certificates

We can cancel any unredeemed Gift Certificate at any time but no later than 60 days from the purchase of this Gift Certificate, provided we refund the full value of the Gift Certificate to the purchaser and notify the purchaser and, if different, the recipient of such cancellation.

Gift certificates do not expire. Any unused value associated with a Gift Certificate will remain available to the recipient until spent and we shall honor valid Gift Certificate until the value associated with such Gift Certificate is zero.

If any Gift Certificates get lost or stolen we are not responsible as sellers about that. Buyer should inform us about that the sooner she/he can. The buyer have the right of refund in that case when Gift Certificates have not been used ( unredeemed ) from third persons and if inform us no later than 60 days from the purchase of the Gift Certificate. 

Refunds on Gift Certificates purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on Gift Certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

Fees

We agree not to charge fees in connection with Gift Certificates, including in connection with their purchase, maintenance and redemption.

Customer Service

We shall provide support for the purchasers and recipients of Gift Certificates.
