How do I place an order?

 

There are 3 ways to place an order with us :

 

1) By placing an order through our online store , which is the most common,

 

2) By phone at :  (0030) 210 5731249,

 

3) By email : info@mio-quadro.com or by fax : (0030) 210 5731249, 

 

 

 

 

1) First way and the most common, placinf an order through our online store:

We strive to make ordering quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our merchandise selections. Checkout is even easier.

When you've found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to cart ” button on the Product Page to add an item to the Shopping Basket.

When you are on the Shopping Basket Page ( You can transfer to that page by clicking the ‘’ Checkout ‘’ button ), you can review the entire list of items you have placed in your basket. You can make some changes to your order here, such as changing the quantity for individual items, or removing an item from your basket. If you wish to continue shopping, click yours Browser’s Back button of your internet browser.

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Basket and you are ready to complete your shopping, you will be asked to select the payment method.

I)                   If you have selected to pay with Paypal you will be transferred in Paypal’s website , where you can make your payment to us .

Here you have 2 choices :

a)     If you have a Paypal Account, you can entered to your account and pay us for your order.

or

b)    If you don’t have a Paypal Account , you can use your credit / depit card as a Paypal quest and pay us for your order .

When you finished the payment process you will be transferred back to our store to complete your order. You will be prompted for your Personal Information. ( Find More Informations Below ).

 

Note : You can also cancel these payment method by clicking on the ‘’Cancel and Return ‘’ button.

 

II)                If you have selected to pay with Payment in Advance ( Bank Transfer )   you will be prompted for your Personal Information.

 

Note : If you wish to continue shopping, click yours Browser’s Back button of your internet browser.

Once you have selected the payment method, click on the “ Next Step ‘’ button and you will be prompted for your Personal Information.


If you are a New Customer, you just have to fill the Personal Information Form: First Name, Last Name,Street Address , Email, City, Post Code, State / Province , Country and your Phone.

You can also add some special notes if you like. ( For example if you want receipt or invoice for your order , or if you like us to write a message for your lovely persons when you send them a present etc.). 

If the Shipping Address is the same with Billing Address you don’t need to write it again.

If the Shipping Address is different from your Billing Address you can add all the informations for the Shipping Address in that page, too.


After providing this information, click on the ‘’ Next Step ‘’ button to continue the process.

You will be transferred in the ‘’ Confirmation Page ’’. Here you will find all the informations for your order , product you have ordered , quantity of each product ,shipping cost as your billing and shipping details.

Note : It is good for you to print this " Confirmation Page " for your reference.

If you like to make any change you can click on the ‘’ Click here to make changes on your order ‘’ button.

If you want to finish your order just confirm it , by clicking on the ‘’Finish Order ‘’ button. After that, you will receive an order Confirmation on screen, and another confirmation via email.

Now Your Order Is Ready !!!!!

 

 

 

 

2) Second way , placing an order by phone :

 

 

If you like you can place your order by phone us at : (0030) 210 5731249.

Just choose the items you are interesting to buy and give us the code of each item. Then you make the payment for your order through Paypal or Bank Transfer and finally we ship the products to you.

 

 

 

3) Third way , placing an order by email  or fax :

 

 

For placing an order with this method , you have to download the order fom ( Download the order form here ) , complete full the order form , sign it and send it by email : info@mio-quadro.com  or by fax : (0030) 210 5731249.

Then you make the payment for your order through Paypal or Bank Transfer and finally we ship the products to you.
